“And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth,” Deuteronomy 8:18
Looks like the Lord is telling me something through this verse. For the past week I’ve been meeting it almost everywhere,on radio, social media and now in Church.
This service was organized by CBF,they also brought a powerful preacher,Mr.Simon Wafubwa. What stood out for me from this preacher is his history and background in ministry. When he was in college, he would pray and fast for days, and as I looked at him, he still looks disciplined. He couldn’t have had the audacity to speak boldly to such a congregation if the Holy Spirit wasn’t living in him.The gentleman is a CEO of his organization which is currently in three countries. I was humbled to know that true greatness begins by fearing the Lord and submitting to him.
One of the things he told us was that it was okay to be extremely rich .He gave examples of Abraham, Isaac,Jacob, Israel, David
Deuteronomy 8 & Joshua 22:8
1Chronicles 29e mentioned is that we should change our mindset from scarcity mentality (always saying that there’s no money)”hakuna pesa”
That there’s power of life and death in the tongue.
